thursday -- carb control check in
well today was a good day....
8 miles of walk aerobics and scrubbed down the house...that's exercise right??
my food for the day was:
B-protein bar
pear
S-1/2 fruit smoothie
L-cottage cheese w/jello & pineapple
S-1/2 fruit smoothie
D-meatballs w/slice of low carb bread
chocolate pudding.
i'm making some black bean brownies right now...for those of you who are low carbing and need a sweet treat you should try these...they are pretty good!! i'd have to find the recipe but i got it from someone else from OH.

I was just looking for you daily post and getting in a panic thinking you weren't posting today
I just got back from a bike ride, not the best but I did it none the less, I forgot to use my inhailer before leaving and the asthma really kicked in BUT I rode anyway...
Food for today
B-jalapeno and buffalo chicken breast (shaved) roll up
S-small handfull peanuts
L-Cheese burger without a bun
S-2 slices of jalapeno cheese
D-Brisket, salad, and one spoon of pasta
S-?
Pretty good day for me, I really fought that carb Demon. I was okay with just one spoon of pasta (a few days ago that would of been the majority of my meal)
Water, Vites, Exercise all done!

one bite of pasta is ok...we're moving along quite well. i feel so much better here lately...not so bloated all the time which is a wonderful feeling. but now it's really blocking things up if you know what i mean. i'm gonna have to break out the MOM tonight to move things along i guess! TMI...i know....
630~2 cups of coffee with half and half and a energy gronala bar
815~diet rock star (on the way to the gym)
830-930 SPIN CLASS
930-1030 abd workout with PT and then a run on the mill and few minutes on stairmaster-uggg i hate that thing!!
1030~pria bar on my way to a play date
130~a big steak not sure how much it was alot! nothing with it.
230-300 2miles on the mill
330~protein shake with a frozen banana
500~ok here's were it got ugly handful of my kids DORITOS
630~red bean and sausage no rice for me
ok i drank 2 liters of crystal light and a 3 16oz bottles of plain water, took my vits.

I KNOW Those Doritos are my weekenss , i threw out half a big bag last night!! haha Poor kids!!! We all know that i realy bought them for me anyway! I drink alot too ,i get dehidrated real eazy with all the sweating i do, im drenched when i leave the gym.
