I really do not have a problem with once in a while. I do think that is wonderful, and even helpful to have things we want sometimes....I guess I should explain further that I have been just constantly constantly grazing and eating bad stuff...But, I am going to try to take this chance to do like you say, to PLAN for it, to try to eat lots and lots of protein, veggies, and things I should have...I am getting lots of encouragement to do better and I want to be accountable to myself too. So, thanks for taking the time to tell me the things you do, I appreciate it so very much. Thanks DeAnna.

No problem....oh.....and buy some sugar free popsickles too...they go a long way when you can't resist the grazing bug..... Hugs Charlie

HEY YA GIRL!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!! The amount of time spent exercising is not nearly as important and the QUALITY of the exercise!! Walking fast squeezing those buns and swinging them arms for 30 mins is a great exercise, try to fit in little small burst of exercise threw out the day and it will add up!! maybe set your alarm a bit eairler, lunch time and then maybe on the evenings when you can fit it in! I also think its very improtant to not do the same exercise routine everyday over and over again. Your body gets used to it, our bodies respond best to change, and you wont get bored!! Get some exercise DVD's try to fit one in a few times a week! Oh I will ask my PT tomorow what she tells working moms with little time! Ill let you know!! you still got my number huh? CALL ME , if you need a pep talk!! LUVS ya much, DAWN~~

Thank you thank you Dawn, I'm REALLY having a bad day today, and lots lots lots of emotions going on, mostly anger at myself - As soon as I have the okay from the doctor from recent hysterectomy, did write down what you said about squats and donkey kicks and getting them buns in shape....I am going to be more motivated and find more time, I promise....Thanks as always....and I will appreciate any advice from your PT....DeAnna.
