I did fine on the calories, but ended up with 41% fat. I've got to figure out a healthier breakfast, but I love eating a normal breakfast. At least it doesn't seem to effect my cholestrol since it was 151 at my last checkup. I think the exercise offsets the fat I eat.

great job! i don't do so well with regular breakfast in the mornings. it seems like if i don't do my protein bar and banana my blood sugar is low in a couple hours. it's weird. and on the days i don't workout i have a hard time keeping my blood sugar up...which you'd think those would be the days it runs higher. who knows!! great job on the food and exercise!

walked about a mile over lunch.
pretty much sat in front of the computer rest of the day. I'm so impressed with those of you that really exercise. I have never liked exercising - walking is my thing usually.
But the absoulte best thing is that this is the 3rd day with no pretzels! That is nothing short of a miracle!
