i did 8 miles of walking today and will do stomach crunches before bed...
i fought the carb monster today!! woo hoo!! day 2 of starting all over!!

D - beef jerkey ( had a low carb turkey wrap but danged place put mayo on it... and I HATE mayo.
now gotta work on getting more liquids... 2 cups o coffee and about 40 oz of water... need some more.

that sucks about your turkey wrap! i had a low carb jalapeno tortilla last night with dinner..it was really good. i like being able to have a little bit of carb just not the white stuff!!
i'm doing good on getting in my fluids today too...i forgot about posting that part. i'd say i'm close to 100 oz...all that walking...made me sweat it all out!

So glad you posted!
I have to say I am proud of myself, I felt like I was fighting for my life today, obviously I am addicted to carbs. The only thing that kept me on the straight and narrow was knowing I had to fess up tonight.
B-Jalapeno cheese and Blazing Buffalo Chicken (both from deli)
L-Tuna and cottage cheese
S-Spoon of low carb peanut butter and handfull of grapes
D-Steak, asparagus salad (new recipe AWESOME)
S-Not sure yet, prob some grapes or fruit, maybe some almonds too.
Lot's of water, Vites, going on a bike ride right now!!!
So glad we are doing this!

Well, I did pretty good today. You did well too. Way to go on the exercise. I love to exercise. Wish you were close by. None of my friends stick with me. I end up alone. But I do it because I know I have to in order to succeed long term. So, I exercise solo most days.

I didn't get my exercise in today as I did a Billy Blanks advance boot camp tape that I had no business doing. I thought because I do advance taebo I could handle boot camp. NOT!! My legs were like noodles today and hurting really bad. I had to fall into chairs today to be able to sit.
I am trying to focus on the positive things I do instead of the slip ups so much. So, today my daughter was sick and I had to stay home and rock her and lay around with her all day. That is tough. That is usually when I give in and snack. But I did not graze today and did pretty good. I did have some carbs in my sf ice cream, but I only ate 1/2 cup.
hey you did good today!! we all have a little more carbs than we need most days but we're human right...we have to start somewhere and cutting back is better than overloading. yeah i did good on the walking today but every time i got bored i started walking and chewing gum...at the same time no less!! then i went outside to lay in the sun and took a little nap..that killed some time too. great job today....2 days down!!

I do this just about every day during the week................. 72 oz fluids 82 gms protein

For supper I usually eat mostly the meat part of whatever I cook for hubby and a bite or 2 of the veggies
Last night I had some seafood salad and chicken salad from Sam's Club 14 gms???

I don't know about anyone else, but I enjoy reading what others this far out are eating and get ideas from posts like these - so thanks!
Morning - protein shake, cantelope
Afternoon - shredded chicken in sf bar-b-q sauce with 12 baked Tostitos, corn and protein bar
Evening - chili with cheese and popcorn
Fluids - 2 large decaf coffee with sf hazlenut syrup (addicted to this stuff), 6 bottles of Propel water and 2 bottles of regular water...and I'll fess up - 2 shots of Southern Comfort while out with friends last night along with 4 glasses of Crystal Light Iced Tea
All in all not a bad day for me.
