Chest tightening up?

I know by the way not to take this advice before the advice of my doctor but I want to ask you all a question I am not having any more symptoms other than the tightening of my chest it does not hurt it just squeezes and kinda like fluttering every once in awhile...Right above my breast bone..I did go to urgent treatment center.today they did a ekg tested my oxygen saturation etc they could find nothing...He did mention it might be esopogeal spasms? It just feels like something kinda flutters for a second then tightens up a little....No other pain it is just uncomfortable and hard to ignore....Is this symptoms of a gall bladder Does any one have any ideas if it is not my heart? HELP

Yep your right see out your doc. When does this happen? If it happens about 15-20 mins after a meal it could be you have eaten that one bite too many....but do see a doc.... Good luck Darlene
