GREAT PROTEIN PRODUCT

What flavors do you like best? Is there any you don't like? I checked out the site, and wondered if you ordered one flavor or a mixture. I thought about ordering a sample, but the shipping is kind of high. Did you change any of your other eating patterns to lose the pounds or do you think it really boosted your metabolism like the site claims? Joni

Joni, I like all the flavours n and I would try your local supplement store and but single tubes , my store gave me free samples to try. i did not change my eating pattern and have lots more energy and helping me work lots.. give it a try , and good luck .

Joni-Don't know if you have a vitamin shoppe near you but the sell the New Whey in individual vials. I haven't tried it yet but I thought that would be a great way to try it on a smaller scale.

You can also get the same product (different distributor) called "new-whey." You can google it on the net and find it at cheaper prices than at protica. It's identical. I get mine at WholesaleSupplementStore.com Look for New-Whey Protein drink. I think it's great, too.

You can find it at ubid.com for about $45 a case most of the time. I buy cases of it a time. Raspberry is my fav.

I found this product when I was 3 months out and loved it then & still do! It's the most convenient & easiest way I've found to boost my protein intake up, especially on days when I slack in the protein dept. ! Not that that ever happens at my 20+ months out. This product is awesome!
