Thanks from the slippery slope
After reading responses to my initial post, I feel better. It's nice to hear from others who have experienced WLS and be reminded of what I need to do. Thank you for your support and advice - well taken. I have several bad habits with food I want to work on. I went to the grocery after church today and picked up low fat yogurt and frozen fruit to make a late night smoothie. Tomorrow's a new day and what I do today effects how I feel tomorrow.
