Hi All I'm Tim and I just celebrated my 1 year aniversary a couple weeks ago. Even though I chronologically qualify as a "grad" I know I'm still a work in progress and I hope to learn a lot from you all. It's been one heck of a year! I've lost over 200 pounds and regained my good health. Now I need to stay motivated and on track to reach my ultimate goal. Take care and i'll see you around Tim

Congratulations on a great wls journey. The journey becomes a bit more difficult as you get further out and the wow moments disappear. Mind you life is great in that you have this wonderful new body that allows you to do all the things that had become a struggle as a pre-op, but the wow moments were fun. Keep up the good work and you'll soon be at goal. Best wishes for your continued success.
