Does Anyone Use Vista Vitamins?
I took them for a while. They are good vitamins and convenient. My issue with them is that we really need to supplement with calcium, b-12 and possibly iron (depending on the person). When I have to add those other things they just become expensive multi-vitamins. I did some research and now I take Solgar vm-75 or multi II capsules. 2 a day plus I add the above mentioned things. I have always had great labs.
I take Vistas and my labs have been great. I order them right from vistavitamin.com (I believe it is) and get $10 off when they are billed automatically. Why fool with what works. I added a B-12, liquid calcium and iron and my doc said to take D, since I was getting enough in the winter. Hope this helps.
