Go back to basics. The things that worked for you at 2 months will still work if you concentrate and make it happen. Our pouch stretches allowing us to eat more as we get further out so we're back to dieting if we want to keep the weight off. Take it from one who is 29 months out, the pouch will stretch even more as you get further out. My surgeons instructions Vitamins & calcium 3 meals & 1 snack Protein, veggies, fruit, small quantities of raw nuts No drinking with meals Exercise WLS is only a tool at this point, it helps to limit the quantity but if we graze or eat the wrong foods we can regain. I usually log my weekly food intake on FitDay at least one week out of the month to make sure I'm not slipping back into unconscious eating. Best of luck in stopping the regain.
