hi all, we just returned from our vacation! we drove 1400 miles to Wyoming to see my mom, my brother and his family, my sister and her family all joined us. We live in different states and this was the first time EVER i saw my sisters boys ages 6 and 3... My mom was so happy to have us all together, the only person missing was my son who left for Japan, he is a Marine. well on this trip, I pretty much winged it on my eating, I did not want to have anyone make anything special for me so I just used what was made and I did pretty darn good. I also had some cake... twice... one for my 20th annivesert and 4 days later for my daughters 17 birthday, I just scraped off all the frosting and ate it plain. the last time we went on vacation, we drove to Texas and I was still counting calories and all that stuff so it was harder to eat on the road. We all had a blast and as soon as I got home I weighed myself... still exactly the same as the day I left so i am a happy camper. Have a great day Donna 277/150

Glad you did so well...maybe you are making better choices now!!!! And that is a very good thing!!! I just got back from vacation today and haven't weighed yet but am really afraid to. I don't own scales so I'll go to the PCP to weigh tomorrow or Mon. I didn't do as well as you on the food so we'll see. Thanks for the post. Dancin'D 7/7/04 rny/lap -200lbs.
