Happy Anniversary to me and A QUESTION!

Today is my 5 year wls anniversary. YAY! So, here's the question....how many grads here have an H Pylori problem? Because I do. I thought it was reflux or an ulcer, but it seems now to be H Pylori. Anyone else?

Hi Carey, Yes, I had H-Pylori discovered by my bariatric surgeon before surgery. I was put on an antibiotic and he said it would take up to a year before they find out if the drug worked. I can now eat bananas without a problem, so I guess that it is cleared up. It comes from eating meat, etc. that has the infection material in it, I believe. Hope this helps. Marilyn
