How Many Calories Do We Need?
Hello everyone - I've been struggling with weight regain (I consider myself in the "normal" category so far but know I have to get under control) and know that somewhere there is a website that offers you the amount of calories per day a person needs to maintain or lose based on their weight, their height, activity level, etc but I've lost that info...does anybody out there have it?

its sounds like you're talking about figuring out your BMR. here's the site~

You can figure out your BMR and then click on the link below for the Harris Benedict Equation~that figures out the calories according to your activity level. Hope this helps!
