Thank you for your post! I never thought about being an inspiration to others. I just know that I've come too far to let this get the better of me! I expected a small amount of regain, but I feel that I let it get out of control. I truthfully feel that I was happiest and healthiest when I was between 145-155 pounds. I can live with a 10 pound leeway, NOT with a 20 pound one! Lelina

Congrats on the 11lbs loss I know you came here for encouragement, but I'd like to thank you for giving ME encouragement that it can be done!!! This weekend it came to my attention part of my problem is the people around me. Please don't misunderstand, I'm totally responsible for the food choices I make and no one is forcing me to go to Dairy Queen for example. But everyone around me is over weight, hubby, Mom, Dad, brother, and most of my friends. Up until last year I couldn't eat like they were so there was no problem, but the honeymoon is for sure over this year!! I've noticed I have to really work hard to say NO, and that's hard when everyone else is enjoying saying Yes. So, I'm taking lots of steps to get back in control and so far so good, working on getting more exercise, honestly tracking my daily intake, fighting the battle to not fall into social eating with those around me. Hang in there!!! Tracy A.
