Help!!!

I am so frustrated, I need advice please!!! Why is it that when I eat what I am supposed, exercise and drink my water I end up going up on the scale. It seems to me that when I eat what I want I am lower on the scale. Does this happen to anyone else??? I have really been trying to do exactly what I am supposed so I can get off the 6lbs that I have gained and nothing has happened except a gain of 2 more lbs. Any suggestions would be appreciated

I would think (based on what you say here) that you are not eating enough!

HI Cacee. This happens to me from time to time too and it drives me crazy! I always wonder if I'm at a weird part in my cycle, if its water retention, etc, but I haven't figured it out yet. Good Luck on getting those 6lbs off! Hugs, Tracy B 328/150 5'9"
