Help!!!
I am so frustrated, I need advice please!!! Why is it that when I eat what I am supposed, exercise and drink my water I end up going up on the scale. It seems to me that when I eat what I want I am lower on the scale. Does this happen to anyone else??? I have really been trying to do exactly what I am supposed so I can get off the 6lbs that I have gained and nothing has happened except a gain of 2 more lbs. Any suggestions would be appreciated
