Vanessa, (jumping back into this old thread.....) Hope you're pulling past the worst of it by now! You've also had more than your share of Complications along the way, Just more spread out and not all "Bunched Up at the Start!" Passing on-----Dx's Tips & Tricks---- In a pinch? A bag of Frozen Chopped Cauliflower can make a Great soft and cushy Ice Pack! Other than a Compression Garment Designed by the Marquis De Sade, I've had a Very Easy Time with it. Hoping you "turn the corner" soon and start feeling the benefits! I pray you're "Pleased a*****h" soon... Best Wishes- Dx

DeeDee, Had to jump back into this thread! So Far!-------- Awesome!!!!! Little to No swelling, Very little pain at all! (Although the Doc was Way Generous with the "Take Home Drugs") Maybe into next week before I'll have my Drain removed, Still putting out some fluid, But "Anything to Prevent a Seroma," is my Motto! About Dr. Goshorn's office? They Called Me, (his head surgical nurse) Yesterday just to "Check and see how I was doing!!!" Floored me! I thought, "Oh My, Did the insurance Not Clear!?!" She said call and let them know When the output from the drain fell below 40cc's a day, And they'd have me come in to remove the drain. "Call if there are ANY Changes!" Good Customer Service is so rare these days.... Sorry to hear Ms. Vanessa is having a hard time of it. I think The Face/neck thing would be Much Tougher. Thanks so much!!!! For dropping By! It's great you're doing so well. You're such an inspiration to this board with your words of wisdom, and it's wonderful to see the PS is going so well too. You certainly deserve smooth sailing here after such troubles with your WLS. Take it easy -- I know that's hard for a busy person. Hopefully you'll share your before and after photos down the road.
