Shave. Everything! Really! If you can, take a NAIR bath. The worst pain I had was them ripping tape off... my arm, my arm, my chest, my back. I shudder in the memory. So... SHAVE!

Here I was just planning on fingernail polish remover to Get rid of the tape gunk afterwards! I don't remember the hair pull being so bad.... Maybe its all the indian(native american) ancestors on both sides of the family, We're not particularly hairy folk. May take a a little trim around the forearms..... Thanks! Best Wishes- Dx

baby oil removes the tape gunk with out the stink and wierd chemicals in nail polish remover. actually, you can use any type of oil including olive oil etc that you might have around the house. my sister is a massage therapist and swears by the benefits of coconut oil used on the skin. good luck with the nip/tuck! it is such a good feeling when the bandages come off and you see your new belly. I was speechless ( which is damn near impossible) when I saw mine a few days after surgery i the Drs office. and when I got home from the Drs office I looked at it again in the mirror and tears just streamed down my face. congrats to you in your persistance to ge tthis surgery and hope all went very well HUGS!
