What's for breakfast?
Packet of Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal - Maple flavored with a very small drizzle of sugarfree log cabin maple syrup or the cinnamin flavor with a drizzle of da vinci sugar free vanilla syrup.
OR
some mornings, I will have a protein bar (Strive or Atkins) and a 4 oz Dannon carb control yogurt.

I can do a scrambled egg w/ spinach and cheese in under 7 minutes.
1 minute to pull out the bag of prewashed spinich, 1 egg and the bag of shredded mozzarella or whatever cheese I have. , put handfull of spinach in a small preheated (1 minute) skillet on high heat, when it wilts (about 1 minute) add an egg that has been scrambled w/ a fork in a small bowl and cook for about 1 minute on high heat stirring while it cooks, then turn off heat and sprinkle on a bit of cheese . put on a plate or roll in a whole wheat tortilla if eating on the road.
throw dishes in the dishwasher and done.
I eat a lot of yogurt as well with a sprinkle of a kashi cereal on top, to add crunch and keep it in my pouch longer
cottage cheese w/ a little fruit
Natures path Flax plus - multigrain cereal or Natures path Optimum power breakfast cereal (usually w/ banana on top)
Kashi -Go lean has frozen waffles with the whole grains, (8 gms protein and 6 gms fiber) with sugar free syrup. or take frozen strawberries/vblueberries and thaw and add splenda to taste and put on top of waffle
tuna salad, chicken slices, deli turkey , ham etc in a whole wheat pita pocket is easy and portable
oatmeal
arrowhead mills makes a multigrain pancake mix, and whole wheat or buckwheat as well. they can be made the night before and reheated in the microwave in the am.
same w/ french toast, I use a whole wheat raisin bread to make mine (yum) it could be made the night before and reheated as well.
