Why can't I keep the weight off

A fellow WLS patient sent me an e-mail today suggesting I read an artical on the U S Bariatric site that she'd read yesterday. We are both around the 3 year mark and struggle daily to keep the weight off so there are a lot of discussions between us about the subject. The article answers a lot of questions we constantly ask about why it's so hard to keep the weight off as we get further out. Basically it gave me a better understanding of why it's so hard but it didn't give me a magic formula. It's still up to us to eat right and exercise if we want to keep the weight off. If you'd like to read it I've listed the site below: http://www.usbariatric.com/ Click on the box Understanding Obesity Click on the article "Why can't I keep the weight off"

I tried the link from my message and it didn't work either. However once the page came up "THIS PAGE CANNOT BE FOUND" they gave me a link (www.usbariatric.com) on the page which I clicked on and it took me to the site. I'm not sure why my link doesn't work because I copied it from the site and pasted on my message. You could get there by searching under U S Bariatrics too

Link works(ed) fine for me, for what it's worth ? ... Perhaps copy/pasting might also help .. it was slow to load the page and I did have to try a couple of times .. but I was able to access the article you recommended. Thanks! - cbf

I had to find the website, find the article. Then I tried to copy the address from my browser (which was different than what you showed in yours) and post it as a reply here. When I tried to follow that link, I ended up in the same place "page not found". Weird. I did find the article, however. Sue O.
