I love my Leslie Sansone walking tape (Walk and Kick) I found at Wal-Mart. I was wondering if anyone elsehas used these, and if so, any other ones you would recommend that are a good workout, but not really long (like maybe 30 mins.) and that give you a good overall workout. There are so many out there, it's hard to know which one to choose! Thanks!

I love her tapes too and do them almost every day! I did her 3mile express tape for months after having wls and it sure helped to tone and firm my arms and legs (uses the stretchy band). Now I usually do her new 5mile tape~it uses 2lb weights, stretchy band and the belt to tone and firm~Love It! The nice thing about this dvd is that it also includes 3 different 3mile walks, so if I don't have enough time for 5miles, I can pick a 3 mile to do. It takes longer than 30 mins so this one might not work for you, but I don't think you can go wrong with any of her tapes~they're all great! Tracy B 328/152 5'9"

I just saw the Walk and Kick myself and purchased it. Previously I had bought a video of hers that uses the stability ball, haven't used it yet as I just had a TT 5 weeks ago, but plan on using it as soon as Dr releases me to regular exercises. I also have a DVD of hers that has a 1, 2 and 3 mile walk on it. I like her videos, they are not difficult but do work several areas of the body and are effective. I agree, you can't go wrong with her. Connie 317/174.5/153
