AND THE PROBLEM WITH ME TAKING ALL THOSE VITS IS THE HUGE ONES LIKE THE CALCIUM...OMG! I HAD TO CHOKE THEM DOWN AND THE B150 VIT HUGE..BUT THANKS FOR THE SUGGESTIONS I WENT OUT AND BOUGHT EVERYTHING YOU LISTED IN MY OTHER POST AND I WILL TAKE THEM, I JUST HAVE A HARD TIME SWALLOWING I HAVE A REALLY BAD GAG REFLEX PROBLEM AND I DID CHOP THEM IN HALF AND IT STILL TOOK ME 15 MINUTES TO GET THEM DOWN NOW I REMEMBER WHY I STOPPED TAKING ALL THE VITS..LOL BUT I AM GOING TO KEEP IT GOING THIS TIME JUST DON`T WANT TO CHOKE EVERY TIME I POP ONE IN I WILL TAKE ONE EXTRA CALCIUM WITH MY NIGHT DOSE...THANKS
Get your labs drawn if it's been more than 6 months to a year and see what they tell you. I would also encourage you to add iron to your daily routine if your previous labs indicated you were slightly anemic. If your iron tanks, you will be looking at iron infusions.
I take Vitalady's Tender Iron, it really has worked the best for me, not near the constipation I experienced with other iron supplements. You can order them at www.vitalady.com, I take 5 a day and will adjust as labs indicate. They aren't very big and can be swallowed or chewed.

Thanks dana
I am going there now and wow I didn`t know I would have to get iron infusions if my anemia gets worse! Sounds scary, and sorry for the caps everyone I am also blind as a bat and can`t see when I type..Lol the pc usually just fixes it for me but it didn`t do it this time so please know I am not yelling just blind....Lol

I have tried GNC's chewable Solotron. They are lime flavored and have 23 vitamins and minerals. They don't taste bad and you take two per day. I have tried their Ultra Mega liquid and the problem with it is that you have to drink an entire ounce. You have no idea how huge an ounce can be til you have to choke down an ounce of that. The flavor was not too hot, either.
Centrum Chewables have 22 vitamins and minerals. They taste like orange cream. They are not huge and you only have to take one a day [if you are normal. I take one in the morning and one at night, given our malabsorption factor]. In addition, its only about $9 - 12 for 90 of them. Many are taking Flintstones Complete chewables with success.
My favorite liquid vitamin is Tropical Oasis Multivitamin/Mineral. You only need to drink a half ounce and it tastes like cranberry juice. It was easy on the newly operated tummy. You don't have to *order* it - you can go right to GNC and buy it, thereby saving all that shipping and handling. However, it's expensive at $29 per bottle. [BTW, Optisource are huge and IMHO not better than other less expensive multiples, but some surgeons get paid by the company to sell them. You have to chew 4 of those suckers a day].
Also, please remember that you must take calcium CITRATE, not calcium CARBONATE. We do not absorb CARBONATE. Twinlabs makes a chewable calcium citrate. Be sure to get capsules and not hard tablets. If a tablet or hard pill does not totally dissolve within 20 to 30 minutes in a glass of warm water, all you will be getting is rich poop. Nothing remains in our stomachs for longer than that.
