I'm 4 years out. Here is all I take: Daily Diet Support , 2 tablets. Each one contains: 100 % of all daily recommended except the calcium. Should I be taking more?

Cheryl, have you had detailed labs drawn lately? If not please do, I take an aray of vitmain including 2 multi-vitamins, 2000 mg of calcium citrate (500 mg at one time), B-12, B-100, iron, vitamin C, Vitamin A&D, zinc, magnesium and folic acid. I have a list of suggested labs from another support group I'm in, if you are interested send me an email and I can forward it to you. I strongly suggest at a minium you being taking calcium citrate. Then get your labs drawn to see if you have other deficiences that need to be dealt with. Calcium, iron and B vitamin deficiencies are fairly common for us. Are you experiencing fatigue, dizziness, leg cramps, weakness, headache, confusion, etc? These are some of the symptoms of low iron and b-12. Best wishes! Dana

Start with some good labs. For a list of labs suggested by long term grads you can check out my web site www.acdlady.com/WLS_Labtests That is the list that I use and I take many many vitamins/minerals. You can see what I am taking at www.acdlady.com/WLS_Vitamins based upon how my labs look. In my opinion, you are waaaaayyyyyyyyyyyy undertaking what your body needs, but you need adequate testing to help you refine the list of what you need. Sandy
