I've lost 5 pounds so far!!! I know I shouldn't be weighing myself too often but I can't help it. I started this last Wednesday and time's up on Friday. It's working for me, and it's not hard to do at all. I even ate out last night. I had a few chicken wings and a cup of meatball soup with black beans. -=db=-

Dee, glad you posted. I was wondering how it was working for you over the weekend. It's it GREAT to be losing again !! Makes you work harder and keep at it. Good for you girl !!!!

Yeah, when Friday rolls around, I am going to start keeping with the good carb diet of South Beach. I actually think just keeping up the excercise and stop snacking on chips and cookies might actually make a big difference. Duh, ya think? -=db=-

Dee, Weighing yourself everyday can be good, especially if it helps in keeping you in check or giving you motivation to stay on track. Congrats in keeping on track with the Plateau Buster. Mary

protein supplement?? I assume this means Protein shakes and bars??? And since fruit and milk aren't on list mix with water and flavorings only?? I have also seen this with the suggestion that you consume minimum 45 but preferablly 60-80, is this true?
