Have you had labs done lately? HOw is your B-12 and Iron? You could be anemic and would need extra supplements. Are you getting in enough calories for your exercise routine? If not your body could be using tissue for fuel and you could be feeling the effects - we have to eat enough for how much we're expending each day. Check fitday.com to see where you're at.
I suppose part of the question that I have is define ALL of your vites. Various programs suggest different things. What are you having tested when you do your labs? Ferritin, iron, B1, B6, B12, E, zinc, Homocycsteine, MMA, A, D, and etc etc.
Some people do not absorb enough from their iron or B12 supplements and have to go to injections. Or, in the case of iron to infusions. The answer to what is going on with you lies in adequte lab tests being done.
Then, of course, other questions could be is it that time of month? If this continues beyond a reasonable period I would want significant lab testing done. I use a list of labs that was put together by long term graduates and have the list posted on my web site at www.acdlady.com/WLS_Labtests if you are interested. I do most of the tests on that list and I think have had everything tested at one time or another.

Are you eating enough calories? protein is great but we need some carbs too, carbs are our fuel to burn for energy. I went through a period when I was not eating enough and was tired all the time. I was so afraid of gaining that I started losing again. I got down to 112 and that was not enough. be careful, we can get too thin too.
good luck.

Nat,
When I had labs done in May my PCP discovered my Potassium was low. When we discussed it, I mentioned that I'd been feeling sort of tired and blah - not sick, just not feeling quite right. Who knew low potassium causes fatigue, lack of concentration ("foggy brain" I called it), etc. Of course, you could have other vits that are low or borderline low.
Good luck. I hope you feel better soon!
