Just a quick question. I know that it says "if not on the list, no eat". I know I will be more hungry than this, what can I fill in with? Raw veggies? thanks Lori

Hi Lori, No to the fill in with raw veggies. You are to eat what is on the list ONLY. I must confess after 5 days I did have a few Pork Skins. I lost 10lbs. on the PB diet but I didn't eat much peanut butter. I wasn't hungry on the diet ....seems I was munching every 2-3 hours. and drinking in between. Good luck Dancin' D 7/7/04 rny/lap -200lbs.

protein supplement?? I assume this means Protein shakes and bars??? And since fruit and milk aren't on list mix with water and flavorings only?? I have also seen this with the suggestion that you consume minimum 45 but preferablly 60-80, is this true?
