Plateau Buster's Day Three- I think it's working!

I weghed myself this morning ( I know I shouldn't but I couldn't resist) and I was down 2 pounds from Wednesday when I started this. I can't wait ti see what the results will be next Friday and the end of 10 days. I just have to keep going from there!! -=db=-

Hi dee hon It's me cheryl... I'm going to start this plateua buster on monday.....for 10 days. You have inspired me. I have a appt with my surgeon on july 7 to see if i am going to get a revision to a roux from my vbg. I dont know what I'm doing. he thinks I should get a revision due to the weight gain because I am doing things right with no avail. Cheryl
