?'s about the B12 NAsal SPray

What does anybody know/hear/like/dislike/ about the B12 Nasal spray that is suppose to take the place of injections? ohmysharlenea

I use sublinguals and injections. I would be concerned that I wasn't getting enough and would have labs run all the time to make sure my B-12 levels stayed up over 1000. That's just my preferences..... Darlene

Have your doc write you a script for B12 and some syringes and learn to self-inject. A years supply can be had for less than $10. Nowhere Man/Ph/Jay
