New to Grads...have a suggestion!!
I am about 18 months out, I had open RNY 12-27-04, I have lost 165 so far. I too, have the same snacking problem. What I am doing and my suggestion is to put one of your pictures from before surgery on your kitchen cabinet door or the frig. . Then when you think about a snack you will remember how far you have come, and you will think twice and go find something else to do with your hands. I get on here and read the struggles others have with this same problem. And it makes me think twice about eating at night or when I'm not supposed to. I thank God everyday for the blessing He has given me, in giving me my life back. I was in a wheelchair for 4 yrs., but now I am up and walking and doing exercise, I haven't been so happy or feel so good in soooo many years. I wish all of us continued good luck with our journey!!!!
Hugs & blessings,
Sharon

Such pictures do not seem to exist.
Super Morbideous Tekus Humanus is believed to have lived for years circa 1980-2000, yet actual photographic evidence is rare. It is not known if Super Morbideous Tekus Humanus was noctournal, or was self-sequestored in its domicile, or simply avoided situations with cameras. Anectodal evidence, mostly stories from people that claim to have seen Super Morbideous Tekus Humans exists, but the sources are quite unreliable. While Tekus is claimed to have been in attendance at his brothers (Macho Grande Handsome Humanus) wedding, there is not photograph in the album.
The few photographs that were once in circulation have since disappeared. Scholars on the Super Morbideous Tekus Humanas believe the species has forever left this plane of existence.
Hi Sharon,
A few years ago a got employee of the year at work. There
is an awful picture of me in the hall way at work. Everyone
keeps telling me I need to change it and I tell them no. It's
a reminder to me where I came from as I'm walking in the hall
to our lunch room.
Take care and congratulations on your weight loss.
