19 months out and overwieght

i am so thrilled that finally after all this time and perseverance i have finally reached the overweight mark. i continue to try and watch my diet although this far out it is not as easy. temptation temptation.!!! But i do feel that this surgery has been a sucess for me. I am still overweight acording to my bmi but people are constantly telling me not to lose any more wieght that i will be too skinny etc. but i will stop when my body says to stop so i keep going slow but sure. tina 330/185/170

Great job! Who cares what the charts say--they don't take a lot of variables into account, and there's just no "one size fits all" chart! I'm still overweight according to "their" criteria, but I think I look--and feel--great (at least in clothes!), so I'm a happy camper. Thanks for sharing your success! Jo 295/155 (at goal)

Congrats!!! I know how you feel. The people at my job could not understand my joy when I said - Halelujah! I'm overweight. Huh. I'm not super or obese any more. Yee-haw!. Keep up the good work.
