Question regarding fitday activities
a normal person needs 1700 calories. We are special, we've killed our metabolism and that is a very hard thing to revive. Keeping weight off will always be a struggle for us. I can tell you right now that at 15 months post op if I eat more than 1500 calories for a few days in a row I put weight right back on.
And the lifestyle calories are the calories that you burn while sleeping, sitting and eating.
