Wasnt Sure where to post this but U got to Try it

Hello Fellow WLS Family, As I'm sure a lot of you have heard and tryed Splenda well I am haven a hard time affording Splenda as I use it in everything ,lol so I discovered this cheaper brand called ALTERN by Great Value and its abt $2.00 cheaper here in FL where I am and I really cant tell the differences in them except I can afford ALTERN more then SPlenda.lol SO if you havent tryed it please do so,and let me know what you think, even my hby cant tell differences or my nephews who always suck down my mug of tea when I sit it down and I come back to an empty mug and the kids are laughen like what did I do Aunt Margaret it wasnt me I swear it was the TEA GHOST he came to drink your tea why you was gone...*ROFL* ya right ,LOL Tea ghost but behind ROFL.* Anyways there also some cool recipes on the back of the bag. I bought some of that a couple weeks ago at Wal-Mart. It gave me a headache, so I'm sticken with Splenda..... Darlene

I also buy the ALTERN at Walmart instead of Splenda. Can't tell any difference whatsoever (the ingredients are identical). Always glad to save money! I also use the big containers of choc whey protein powder (Body Fortress brand) from Walmart for about $12.98. I like it every bit as well as any of the more expensive ones I tried from various places. It dissolves just fine and tastes good. Jo 295/155 (at goal)
