Hola Grads!
Hi everyone
I ran across this board tonight and thought I'd say hello & introduce myself...
I'm Michelle (Chelle) from northern New York state and had a Lap RNY on December 17, 2004... When the journey began, I weighed 423 pounds @ 5'8" and had co-morbities like: diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, knee & back problems that limited my mobility... Today I am weighing in at 248 lbs for a total loss of 175 lbs!! And well I feel great...
Anyhow, I have been sitting still in weight for 2 months now and am beginning to wonder if I am done losing... I am almost 18 months out so is it over for me in the losing department????
I know I have days where I am getting too many calories in and I am not moving enough either... So I came here for some ideas on how I can get things jumpstarted again for me and lose the last 60 that I need to lose... What is a good type of exercise I can do that is fun, not hard on the knees & back and doesn't cost a ton of money? I'm outta work right now so joining a gym is out of the question...
Any and all suggestions would be appreciated!!!
Chelle
