Cheryl, when was your surgery date? What is your calorie intake? Maybe up your protein intake, I find it helped me when I needed a change, also lots of water.....as long as I drink a minimum of 90 oz of water a day....I'm satisifed and the scale reflects my efforts. Good Luck!

Call me a renegade...could calories from fat be your challenge? Many post ops count protein grams without taking fat into account. My personal experience has taught me that not all proteins are created equal. Perhaps take a look at your daily intake of fat from calories. I am not sure what a recommended % should be, I keep my calories from fat at under 20%. Karen

What a great Rush of ideas here! Ya'll people Have some info to share! ---------------------------------- Cheryl, One last one- I don't know if it'll hel*****t But I've now met 3 @Goalies who's story is- "Lost, stopped 20 to 30 pounds short of goal, then read this book Followed it's advice, and are now at goal." The Book is "Losing the Last 30 lbs" By Terry Simpson, MD, FACS, at- www.obesitydr.com Also- "Getting to Goal: and Staying There." By the same guy. He's a big respected voice in the Bariatric Community. I have no personal experience with those, But have 3 in my support group who are Convinced And they have the "goods" to support it. Best Wishes- Dx
