SF Meringues

I found a pretty good treat today - Heavenly Desserts - "The Original Sugar-Free, Fat-Free" Meringues. I bought them in vanilla & chocolate; I like them. 3 pieces per serving 12 calories 4 grams carbs 4 grams sugar alcohols www.d-litefulbaking.com I got mine at Stop N Shop in NW NJ. They also make Heavenly Harvest Crackers (6 grams of carbs for 6 crackers)

Yep, I've had them before. They also make them in lemon and coffee flavors. To me they seem very sweet--almost too sweet. The crackers are good too! I get them from the low carb store online. Pat
