Pregancy
I am 21 months post op and I just found out that I am pregant.
Does anyone have any suggestions on a special diet I should follow?
What were the average weight gains?
Currently, I do my best to eat my protein first. I am also Lactose intolerant since the surgery.
I will call my doctor and get advise from them.
But I wanted some advise from women who have gone thru it.

I've never been pregnant, so I'm not much help. However, I bet there are a bunch of folks who would have a ton of advice for you on the OH post-op pregnancy forum.

Hi there. Just over 2 years out, and also pregnant. First off, congratulations!
I'm not having a good experience so far, (so don't take any advice from me, but...) get thee to a OB with experience with women who've had weight loss surgery. I truly wish I had found one that could give advice to me that didn't sound like "I don't know."
I'm now seeing a group of midwives (whom delivered my other children), but they're sending me to see a high-risk OB because I'm having difficulties no doubt DUE to the WLS.
Prior to WLS I had three moderately decent pregnancies with healthy babies (as an morbidly obese person, with obesity related high blood pressure, etc.)
Since WLS, I had a miscarriage (never before had one.) Now, I'm 16.5 wks along, and dealing with severe anemia and I feel awful. I'm finding that not many people know what to do with me and my altered digestive system, and pass the buck. I just need to know what's happening with me, you know? I'm now seeing a blood doctor weekly, and waiting for a perinatology appointment to decide how they're going to get my iron levels up... Frustrating. :-/
So, my advice, ask your WLSurgeon for a referral to a OB that HAS EXPERIENCE with us post-ops.
