That last 20 may or may not go. You are only a year out, so you might just be stagnating for a bit. Stick with the program. I did add relacore and I like it for its mood stabilizing properties. I take Relora, which is a different, less expensive brand of the same stuff. At my age, it is doubtful I will lose my last twenty pounds. Nature likes Grandma's to be a "little" fluffy. Significantly, my bustline is just not shrinking. I am 2.5 years out. The good news is, I have staved off the bounceback weight gain by sticking to the program. I also upped my protein grams. I still drink a minimum of two 30 gram shakes each and every day, in addition to my 3 small meals. That makes it 5 meals. We stick to the 5 meal plan - it works to keep you from getting hungry. Getting hungry leads to wrong food choices. I hope this helped, Danielle!

I can say at exactly a year out my body stopped for awhile. I was hanging out at 160lbs no matter what I did. I wasn't happy b/c I wanted to get to 150lbs, but everyone here was very supportive and made me feel that it was ok if my body wanted to stay at 160lbs. Eventually a few months later I started losing VERY slowly again and I'm currently at 154lbs. All I've done is stick with what worked~protein, water and exercise. I don't think at 13mths post op that you are done losing by any means and I've never taking Relacore, so I don't know if that would work. Did you talk to your surgeon about it? Anyway, just wanted to give you some hope that you can still make it to your goals! I still want to get this last 4lbs off and I am confident that I'll eventually make it there~I'm not a patient person, LOL! Good Luck to You! Tracy B 328/154 5'9"

Danielle, I am in the same boat, would love to lose another 10-20 pounds. I brought Relacore, but only used it for a week too many pills, I believe it 1-2 pills three times a day. I have been maintaining my 85 pound loss for 2 1/2 years. Grandma or no grandma I WANT TO LOSE A FEW MORE POUNDS! Cindy

I personally am taking the Relacore, but not necessarily for the weight loss prospects. I know that I needed to get back on the wagon to lose more weight. I have gone back to basics and upped the protien and got rid of the bad stuff, but back to the Relacore... I love it for the 'mind altering' that it does. I used to be super duper moody, but now I am on a nice even keel. Makes it easier to do the right thing with my food choices. I don't get the super sad have to eat sugar now feeling... I feel much more 'in control' of my choices when I am taking it. Hope that helps. Melissa 355/251/180
