Hey Everyone! Just wanted to scream that I FINALLY MADE IT TO ONEDERLAND! I have been working so hard and for six months I haven't lost a pound or inch no matter what I tried. But I perservered and I had my plastic surgery on May 3rd (panniculectomy with MR and Arm Lift) and I have finally gotten down to 197.8. I'm so thrilled. I knew that my body had just gotten comfortable and that PS would be just the shake up that I would need to start losing again. Since my surgery 14 days ago, I have lost 10 pounds. To all of you who are still trying to get to goal - don't give up. Just keep on doing what you know you are supposed to do. Best wishes! Lily 374/197.8/177

Lily, Read your profile and you are beautiful. I too am at 197 pounds and have been working hard to get to 150 pounds. I want to get my Panni at 165. Was it painful? shelly

If I had just had the panni it probably wouldn't have been so bad, but my doctor did so much more than that for me. He also tightened my muscles, which is what really hurts. Any time I use my muscles, it burns. You don't realize how much you use your tummy muscles until it hurts to use them. This surgery was more painful than I thought it would be, but worth it. I think I just thought it was going to be a piece of cake and it wasn't for me. I hear it is for others though, so everyone is different. I definitely recommend doing it. But this is all I'm doing now that I've done it. Good luck to you Shelly! Lily
