Calcium citrate

Hey! I finally found some calcium citrate I like...i didnt like the liquid and I couldnt take the big pills...I went to bariatriceating.com (they happen to have a store near me) and I found cinnimon , mint, and choc. losenges that are chewable. They taste great too. I was so happy to find these as I need my calcium and have been skipping the big pills lately. !!!! REMINDER ALL OF US NEED A BONE DENSITY CHECK UP AFTER SURGERY...ESPECIALLY WE WISE ONES!!!!! Cha

Have you tried the OH Store? they carry that same products. To me that would be a better choice in helping support the boards. Just my 2 cents. Darlene

what is the brand? I love the new citracal chews! especially the lemon and cocolatemint. I can pass on the caramel flavor tho.

I tried them also, and liked the chocolate better than the caramel. I also found some Citrical petites that are not so large. They have a little lower amount (either 400mg or 500) than the chews or the big pills, but enough for me as I do have dairy in my diet. They are much easier to swallow that the ones I had before. I found them and the chews both at Walmart. So now I do whichever I feel like at the time. Marty

The brand name is Bariatric Advantage nutritional supplement...I just stumbled on this by accident when my sister took me to this store. I was so thrilled to find something to fill the need I had that I had to share with others who might have this same need. I wasnt aware of the OH store online having their brand. I did find out that I have ostrioperosis so this was so important to me to find a calcium that i could take and fill my bodies needs. Thats why i push getting the bone density even when your younger and keep on top of it. Thanks for your ears Cha

they make a good mulit vitamin too.
