today I had a Cat scan, and was tired & in pain from my latest surgery.
*whine* \So I did walk, but only 1.5 miles. I ran out of steam.
It leaves 12 miles for Feb.

I'm so excited for you! Reaching goals is so satisfying.

Today I walked .50 miles which leaves me 2.31 miles left for the month of february. I am so close to my goal I can almost taste it I can't wait til I reach this goal and March starts so I can set an even bigger goal. I don't think I have ever walked 30 miles in a month IN MY ENTIRE LIFE before. I am actually even beginning to like exercise(imagine that). Hope you are all doing well.

It must be that time of year... I am really struggling myself.. I find myself grazing when I am not busy so today I have been hopping on my exercise equipment every time I feel the need to snack. Even if I only do 2 or 3 minutes it reminds me of my goals and if I DO snack how much exercise I will have to do to burn that extra little bit off. I think the COLD COLD weather is affecting me. Plus the scale isn't moving really fast either and that frustrates the dickens out of me. This walking challenge has been a godsend for me this month.. it has really made me re-evaluate what I was doing and step it up a bit. I REALLY want to be one of the ones that hits my goal weight. I had computer problems yesterday but did walk 1.65 miles and today I loged 2.25 miles which leaves me 2.81 miles for the month of February. I am going to have to make my March goal MUCH higher to keep myself motivated and keep pushing myself harder. I am 45.5 pounds away from goal and I intend to get there... even if it does take me the next 5 years Although I REALLY hope it doesn't lol. At least now I am healthy enough and have enough range of motion to actually work-out now.. 6 months ago there is no way I could have pushed myself this hard without having a heart attack. I hope everyone has a GREAT week and meets their goals

The last couple of days have been very hard on me. I have eaten more than I should and I haven't been exercising right. But today is a new day, a new beginning. I will take advantage of this and start fresh.

I'm feeling good b/c I will reach my goal and when I made the goal I didn't know if I could do it, LOL!!!

Today is my rest day. Everyone should take at least one day off. Do you?
Are you almost to goal? How do you feel about the progress you've made so far this month? Me - it is going to be close. I'm not sure I will make my goal, but I am proud of the effort I have made. I've worked hard and stuck to it. If I skip a day, and I have, I try to make it up later in the week. I am grateful for you guys. You help keep me going. Thanks.
