I know its not February yet, LOL, but I wanted to post for the day. I did 3 mile WATP express and then b/c it was so beautiful here in NW PA today I did 2miles outside with hubby and kids on their bikes. Tracy B 328/162/150

Seven, I was just thinking I need to send a message out to 'challenge' everyone...I am SOOOO glad you posted this message. I guess that was a sign, I need to set a GOAL and stick to it. Right now I have cable tv, and they offer what is called ON DEMAND -- and there are a TON of videos including walking. I will also count the walks to and from the bus stop on my way to and from work. For February my Goal is 30 miles !!! I always have to start out slow and then kick into high gear. Julie (aka: Jewels) Pre-op 260/Just had first psych visit/Goal 170

Just finished my 55 minutes this morning and I feel GREAT!! I've been such a slacker since @ November, but not anymore! I have @20 more pounds to reach surgeon's goal and darned if this just might be the ticket for me! (Well, this and spring's coming and this year I can REALLY enjoy it!) Oh and SHOPPING for cute summer clothes...ok, I better quit now and maybe I'll get out there again!! Oh and I'm shooting for 45 minutes minimum for 28 days! How's that? Thanks for the challenge! Cass

Today, I walked 1/2 mile am and 1/2 mile pm for a total of 1 mile walked today. Yay for me!!

Topic: February Goal
I had planned to walk ten mins twice a day, but found I could walk 1/2 mile in just over ten mins, so am going to use that as my guide. My plan now is to walk 1/2 mile twice a day, five days a week, for two weeks. On the third week, I am going to increase it to 3/4 mile twice a day, five days a week, for two weeks. This will give me a February goal of 25 miles.
