I am so glad you guys are all joining me in this. I am so excited about walking this month!
Today I walked 2 miles at the track. Monday is my 'fast' day. I walk one warm up lap, then I walk as fast as I can for a quarter lap, then briskly for the remainder. I do that for a total of six laps, then I do a cool down lap. Ugggghhhhh, it really gets my heart a pumpin'.
