It must be so tough to do with the hernia - be careful.

I was reluctant to do this because I hope to be having surgery this month to repair my hernia, but until then.... gotta keep going.
Here are my goals:
walking: 1.5 - 2 miles per day
Leg press: 2 - 3 reps per day
Leg extension: 2 - 3 reps per day
Leg curls: 2 - 3 reps per day
These goals are for a five day week. (no gym on the weekends, they're way too busy)
Feb. 1 - walked 1 mile
did 2 reps of leg exercises
Feb 2 - walked 1.5 miles
did 2 reps of leg exercises
Whew - off to a good start, just got to keep it up!!!

Yep I am ok, I try to do 2-4 6 days a week.
I just did my first 1/2 Marathon in January so trying to train for another 1/2 in March, then a full next January.
My life is my treadmill - LOL!
Topic: Encourage your fellow walkers!
When you have a minute, read other posts and give an encouraging word to the other walkers on the board. I know I have days I could sure use a kind word to get me going!
By the way - you guys are doing great! The first week is almost over and we are well on our way to completing our goals. Pat yourself on the back!

Today I walked 1.55 miles which leaves me 25.55 more miles to walk for the month of February!! Let me tell you....this challenge helps keep me so motivated ...when I want to give up I just push a little harder so I can get my mileage in for the day
