30 minutes on the treadmill (I'm doing time, not distance)

Yesterday I walked for approximately 45 minutes. That leaves me 3.75 hours for the month. I did not get to walk last week b/c of a cold or something wiped me out. I will try to walk some more this weekend.

You are doing so great! If you don't get over your embarrassment your arms will stay weak. Just do it! Like your walking, before you know it, you'll be lifting with the best of them.

Good Day All !!
Today I got a good 3 mile hike in --- and it was even colder today. I like getting my walk in first thing in the morning --- wakes me up !!
I really don't need to stop AT ALL to stretch out my back anymore. When I first started walking I was stopping every block or so to stretch out my sore/aching back. No more. YEAH !!!
