Last Day to Log in February!!
Last Thursday my car broke down and every day following has just sucked. Today is the first day I have worked out in almost a week And my food choices have sucked as well.... So this morning I was determined to reach my February goal of walking 30 miles... I had 2.31 miles to go so I got on my treadmill determined not to stop til I hit 2.31 miles.... well once I got there I was so close to 200 calories burned on my moniter that I decided to keep walking til I got that in. I managed to walk 2.45 miles so I exceeded my Feb. goal by .14 miles... not alot but I really feel like I accomplished something. I think part of my excuses for not working out the past few days was because I was so close to my goal... I KNOW.. NOT a good reason to make excuses. My goal for March is going to be 60 miles.... maybe if I make a goal that is almost unattainable I will push myself even harder and NOT skip days on my work-outs. So today I am back on track with my exercise AND my eating. I hope everyone reached their goals or at least got the motivation from this challenge that I did. You guys are great... I can't wait til tomorrow and I can start my March goals!!!!!!

Sorry you've had a crappy week though.
I didn't set a mile goal for the month, just to walk 3 miles a day. But then I injured my knee and had to back off a little. I went a week doing just 2 miles, but now I'm back up to 3 miles a day. (did that make any sense at all?!)
