Daily Log (Tuesday)
It must be that time of year... I am really struggling myself.. I find myself grazing when I am not busy so today I have been hopping on my exercise equipment every time I feel the need to snack. Even if I only do 2 or 3 minutes it reminds me of my goals and if I DO snack how much exercise I will have to do to burn that extra little bit off. I think the COLD COLD weather is affecting me. Plus the scale isn't moving really fast either and that frustrates the dickens out of me. This walking challenge has been a godsend for me this month.. it has really made me re-evaluate what I was doing and step it up a bit. I REALLY want to be one of the ones that hits my goal weight. I had computer problems yesterday but did walk 1.65 miles and today I loged 2.25 miles which leaves me 2.81 miles for the month of February. I am going to have to make my March goal MUCH higher to keep myself motivated and keep pushing myself harder. I am 45.5 pounds away from goal and I intend to get there... even if it does take me the next 5 years Although I REALLY hope it doesn't lol. At least now I am healthy enough and have enough range of motion to actually work-out now.. 6 months ago there is no way I could have pushed myself this hard without having a heart attack. I hope everyone has a GREAT week and meets their goals
