Happy Monday, I got a mile in today. I cannot wait for spring, this chilly weather gets into my bones and it is so hard to warm up. I walk outside now, but once in awhile I will pull up a walking video (cable on demand service) and walk inside. I am needing to buy an mp3 player soon, because as soon as it gets warm outside I want to walk outside. And I LOVE music !! Jewels

You have got to tell me about this walking on demand! I have on demand and I can't find it!! I didn't think you had spring in MN. I thought you just had winter, thaw, winter again!! Of course down here anything below 70 is winter! Seven

I didn't get a chance to walk yesterday cause I wasn't feeling too well but today I managed to walk 1.90 miles which leaves me 15.78 miles left for the month of February. I walk on a treadmill, I hate the cold and listen to my mp3 player while I do it. I think this challenge is what keeps me the most motivated though You guys are awesome Anna

I got in 1.5 miles on the inside track today. My neuropathy and drop foot was acting up today and I kept stubbing my toes as I walked so I called it quits at 1.5 miles - didn't want to fall flat on my face. I listen to my mp3 player while I walk. Oh yes - I started out walking one lap in 1minute and 20 seconds. I am now doing a lap in 1 minute 5 seconds... closing quickly on my goal of getting around the track in less than a minute. (I only walk, no jogging or running for me) Still did my machines though. It was a good work out day. Hugs, Laurie

You do what you can do. 1.5 miles is a nice walk. I'm usually ready to quit long before then! Seven

I do plan my day around my workout, LOL! I like to get up and get it out of the way so then I can shower and get ready for the day after that. Luckily I'm a sahm, so I don't have pressure to be ready at any certain time and out of the house. Today~3 miles WATPE To date~22.5 miles Goal~40 miles so 17.5 to go!!!!!!! Tracy B 328/161/??? 5'9"
