Do you listen to music when you walk? Do you listen to the same music or do you change it with every walk? Who did you listen to today? I did my 2 mile walk at the track. I change music everytime I walk. Today I listened to Puddle of Mudd. TODAY: 2 miles TOTAL: 23 miles REMAINING: 32 miles Seven

Good Morning All Today I walked 1.60 miles which leaves me 19.31 for the month of February. When I work out I ALWAYS have my mp3 player running...it has all kinds of songs that make me wanna move...no one artist jennifer page,christina agulara,brittany spears,puddle of mudd,matchbox twenty and lots more Listening to the music really keeps me moving... I tell myself just walk for ONE more song and that one more song turns into 5. If I didn't have the music I would get bored and quit! Have a great day Anna

No music today b/c I did WATPE, but if I walk outside then I love to listen to music!!!! Today: 3 miles WATPE Total: 16.5 so far Goal: 40 miles so 23.5 to go! Tracy B 328/162/150

I change up my walking routine once a month. Next week I believe I will add Leslie to my workout. Those are great tapes. Seven

I listen to my MP3 player when I walk, I have a variety of artists on it. Here's what I did today. I asked my husband to go with me and show me how to use the arm machines. WOW - he's a freakin' drill sargent!!!! LOL Walking - 1 mile EFX (lyptical machine-sp?) 5 minutes - the LONGEST five minutes of my life. Leg Press - 2 sets of 15 Leg Press - single legged - 2 sets of 15 with added weight Leg Curl - 2 sets of 15 Leg Extensions - s sets of 10 New Stuff: Verical Butterfly - 1 set of 15 Seated Row - 1 set of 15 Shoulder Press - 1 set of 5 - WOW this one was HARD!!! Deltoid - 1 set of 15 Tricep Extension - 1 set of 15 Bicep Curl - 1 set of 10 I'm extremely weak in my upper body. But I did notice that after two weeks of consistant working out my legs are much stronger!! Guess I'll keep going!!! laurie
