Oooopppss, Forgot to Post
I've been forgetting to post what I've done. Let me catch up here:
Feb 4th - nothing on Saturday
Feb 5th - walked 2 miles (while the kids went swimming)
Leg Press - 2 sets of 15
Leg Extensions - 2 sets of 15
Leg Curl - 2 sets of 15
Feb 6th - ugh no school due to snow, took the kids with me.
walked 2.5 miles
Leg press - 2 sets of 15
Leg Extensions - 2 sets of 15
Leg Curl - 2 sets of 15
Feb 7th - Double UGH - no school again... left the kids home this time
walked 2.7 miles (yeeehaaa, almost to 3 miles)
no leg work - the trainer was having a class with them
Feb 8th - Nothing, I had an 8:15 am doctors appt and didn't get home until 3:00pm
I'm really enjoying working out!!!!
Talked to surgeon today about hernia. He said until the repair I can do what I can tolerate. After surgery no abdominal work for 6 - 8 weeks.
