Not walked yet in Feb but here I go
I've been neglectful of my walking... I set a goal of 80 miles this month, but due to cir****tances beyond my control, I have yet to start. So, since my workload is light this week, I plan on walking 6 miles each day, and get a jump on my goal. It's 3 miles to work and back, and I can do that easy. Besides it'll be between 75/80 all week here in Phoenix, and it's perfect walking weather...
Also, I lost another 2 pounds (it comes off slowly the past few months), but i am finally down to 175, and my BMI is now 29.1!!!!! That is a real inspiration to me!!!
