OOPS I should have read the threads first - LOL. Here is mine again:
Iam taking today off - have to work plus watching the Superbowl.
But yesterday seemed to fly by, seemed like I just started and boom 3 miles.
Now if I could jump start my weight loss, I hate plateaus. I wi**** worked that way, even 1/2 lb per mile would be great!!
2/1 - 3.5 miles
2/2 - 3.5 miles
2/3 - 2.5 miles
2/4 - 3.1 miles
